Key Information

Children are welcome and we can provide two cots and two high chairs for a small charge, as well as toddler/children cutlery and crockery.

Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. We charge less than your kennels (£40/dog/stay) and ask you to follow our Dog Policy which you can read here.
Arrival information

4pm check-in, unless you have requested an early check-in. We won’t always be able to accommodate this, but we will do our best.

10am, unless you have added late check-out onto your booking which would make your check-out time 11am.

We are easy to find on Google Maps, just search ‘Cothelstone Manor’ – the postcode covers the whole hamlet.

Before your arrival, we will send you our digital guidebook, which has everything you need to know for your stay including beautiful walks, the best local pubs and where to find our hidden drinks fridges!

We can unload your groceries for a small charge prior to your arrival. Lots of places deliver- Tesco, Morrisons and Waitrose in particular.

The Manor is an occasion house, so considerate partying is encouraged.

Structural Works to Cothelstone Gatehouse
From 1st May 2024 – 31st July 2024 we will be undertaking critical structural repairs to Cothelstone Gatehouse. This will mean there is scaffolding up at the entrance to Cothelstone Manor, so parking will be around the side. Between these dates, we are offering a 10% discount with the code BUILDINGWORKS10, although we believe the impact to be almost negligent to guests.
